- Shipping & Delivery
- Orders will be shipped out as soon as possible after the date of purchase. Contact us with any requests for rush delivery. All orders are shipped using UPS ground. For small orders, there is a flat rate of $8.00 unless stated otherwise. For larger orders, a shipping quote will be sent to you once the order is made. When your order is shipped, we will email or call you with the tracking information and projected date of delivery.
- Privacy & Security
- The security of your information is important to us. When you enter personal data via our webpage, your information is protected. Anne Bishton Design does not share email addresses or personal information with any third parties. Payment information such as credit card data is sent through a secure online transmission using Authorize.net. Authorize.net works to protect the security of your information during the transmission by using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software, which encrypts the information you put in. You can verify that SSL is being used by looking for a closed lock icon in the bottom of your web browser, or by seeing “https” at the beginning of the web address.
- Returns & Replacements
- All sales are final unless an order must be exchanged because of a faulty product. Returns and replacements are no longer applicable 30 days after the purchase date. Returns and replacements of orders already paid for are only made if the stencil order sent to you is faulty in some way. Should the order be damaged in transit, UPS would bear that responsibility. Used stencils will not be accepted as returns unless stated otherwise by Anne Bishton Design.
- Ordering
- You can order conveniently online or over the phone during business hours (9am – 4pm Monday through Friday). Once your order is placed and processed, we will let email or call you with confirmation and information about the shipment of your order and an invoice.
- Payment, Pricing & Promotions
- You can pay with a credit card online. If you are unable to pay with a credit card, contact us. Prices are final unless stated otherwise. Look for promotional offers coming soon!
- Viewing Orders
- Once your order is made, we will send you an invoice. If you choose to create an account on our website for no charge, you can view your orders there as well, tag items, and create a favorites list. .
- Updating Account Information
- To update your account information, log onto your account and change the required fields. If you have already made an order but need to change a shipping address or credit card info, update your account online and also call or email us to make sure the changes are incorporated. Don’t have an account with us yet? Create one! .
